He used the CNC mill to turn the chair not into just a chair but also a sculpture using the wood. I think he is trying to convey a reptile. I think it is a very thought provoking piece because of the way it was milled and its form.

Chairs designed using sails and metal rods. The designer used the fabric sails from boats to create sleek and stylish chairs. I think the designer is trying to convey recycling ideals. Its a very humorous was to go about this with the sails.

Designed a stool using Demode and wasted textiles. They used the wasted textiles to pad the chair instead of the textiles just being thrown away. I think the designer was trying to convey the issue of recycling as well. They did it in a very thought provoking way.
